What does SBIT Stand For?
SBIT is an acronym for our IT side of the business:
Shane Bairos Information & Technology
We focus on ethical and affordable: E-waste Reducing, Reusing, Recycling, and IT Services
SBit E-Waste (Standing for Shane Bairos Information Technology & E-Waste Recycling) began in 2021 due to the knowledge that with continuous technological innovations also comes an increased amount of E-Waste being introduced into the world. In order to combat this, we decided to instead try and reuse as much as possible in ways such as complete refurbishment for Modern and Retro Computers and Devices, Rescuing reusable parts from “Dead” Devices, as well as even reusing the raw components, and materials in partnership with creatives and material recycling facilities. As well as recycling "Dead" Devices, we help you keep your devices running great for as long as possible in today's quick-paced tech world with repairs, upgrades, and countless other IT Services.
Mascot & "Supervisor"
Introducing Mishka Bairos, the fluffy white Siberian Husky who brings joy and playfulness to SBit, our environmentally conscious business. Mishka's distinctive features include her fully white fur, which perfectly complements her sassy and goofy personality. This adorable rescue pup has found her forever home and now enjoys a life filled with love and a spacious yard to explore.
Mishka's role at SBit goes beyond being a beloved mascot. With her incredible sniffer, she takes on the important task of inspecting every refurbished item we package, ensuring top-notch quality for our customers. Her presence reminds us of the significance of our mission to reduce electronic waste, and she serves as a constant reminder to stay environmentally conscious.
This Siberian Husky's skills are not limited to inspecting items. Mishka is an excellent supervisor, keeping a close eye on the operations at SBit. Her playful and curious nature adds a touch of excitement to our workplace, making every day a little brighter.
Mishka's main message is clear: she is here to help SBit succeed in its mission of reducing electronic waste. Her adorable face and loving personality remind us of the importance of preserving the environment and making responsible choices.
While Mishka's fur may go everywhere SBit goes, she occasionally takes a break from her duties to greet customers during drop-off appointments. With her friendly demeanor, Mishka is always ready to shower visitors with kisses and spread her infectious joy.
Join Mishka and the SBit team as we work together to create a better and more sustainable future. With Mishka's guidance, we are confident in our ability to make a positive impact on the environment.
